The embodiment of independent music lies much deeper than six feet underground. Its definitely not easy to find tucked away in a cold northeast Ohio town. But The Kellys are going to make sure the world does not have to search for them. They will be coming to you; so be prepared.

Since the summer months of 2003, The Kellys have been hard at work honing their sound and style. With a constantly flowing cycle of creation, the band has been able to nurture their sound into something more powerful and intricate. Taking the ideas and values of Rock and Roll and splicing it with their own musical ambitions, The Kellys have created something completely unique and revolutionary in their newest studio effort, On The World Tour.
By blending the amazingly powerful vocals of singer Kelly McCracken with the unique musical backgrounds and styles of guitarist Nick Rossi, bassist Moe Angelo, and on skins, Matt Holko, The Kellys have been able to create their own pseudo-genre of Rock. Combining elements of nearly everything theyve ever heard with true originality has provided The Kellys with an artistic freedom of which they will never let go. The Kellys are extremely proud of their accomplishments. And direly passionate about their aspirations.
*Independently released first album, Greatest Hits, and a three-song demo in 2004.

*Won third place in the National Round of Jillians Roots of Rock Band Battle in Memphis, TN in 2005.

*Founded ruKus records, inc. and released second album, On the World Tour (with distribution in 15 Best Buy stores in NE Ohio, and online at iTunes, Napster, Rhapsody, CD Baby and many more) in 2006.

*Won second place in Guitar Center and House of Blues Project Rockstar with two performances at House of Blues Cleveland in August 2006.

*Obtained airplay at over 200 CMJ radio stations in late summer of 2006, and nearly 100 different podcasts and internet radio stations from all over the world.

*Traveled to New York City for shows at CBGBs and Arlenes Grocery in August 2006.

*Showcased at Midpoint Music Festival in Cincinatti in September 2006.
*Signed licensing deal with MTV for use of music from On the World Tour in October 2006.
